HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED?
Standard UK and International delivery will always be shipped by the next working day unless you order an item on Pre-order. Please note if you order on a Saturday or Sunday the order will be despatched on Monday, except for Bank Holiday weekends when it will be despatched the following Tuesday. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email advising this.
CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?
As we try and get orders out as quickly as possible, we can’t always guarantee we can amend an order. If you have made a mistake with the order, please fill out the contact form on our contact page and one of our advisors will assist you.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Of course! If you have changed your mind, we are happy to refund your order, providing:
- Items must be logged at email@example.com within 14 days from the date you receive your order
- Items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You have up to 30 days to return the item(s)
HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM(S)?
It's really simple to use:
- Put your item(s) back into the delivery bag and reseal
- Log the item(s) via e-mail to slickneat.com within 14 days of receiving it
- Take to the Post Office and return within 30 days of receiving

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
We are currently not accepting exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
ONE OF MY ITEMS IS ON PRE ORDER, WILL MY ORDER STILL BE SHIPPED?
If an order is placed and the item is on pre order, please be advised that your whole order won’t be shipped until the pre ordered item comes into stock.
I FORGOT TO PUT MY DISCOUNT CODE IN, WHAT CAN I DO?
Unfortunately, once an order has been processed, we are unable to add the discount code.
WHAT TIME CAN I EXPECT MY DELIVERY?
Our couriers should deliver orders between 8:00 am – 22:00pm – however on rare occasions they can deliver outside these hours.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER IS FAULTY OR WRONG?
If your order is wrong or faulty please let us know via our contact page with your name, order number and item details.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS LOST, CAN I RECEIVE A REFUND?
In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order, we will process an investigation with the courier. Please note it can take up to 2 weeks for this to be investigated and you will need to wait for the outcome. If it is confirmed that the order was delivered, we will not be able to offer a refund. However, if the investigation shows the order has been lost, we will offer you a re-order (stock dependant), credit or refund.
HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?
We will notify you by email once your email has been received at our warehouse, because of restrictions in our warehouse due to the COVID-19 pandemic please allow us 28 days to process your refund and have this clear back into your account. Thank you for your patience.
